The descaled wire rod is fed through the guide nozzle at the inlet and the guide nozzle at the outlet of the machine.
The powder lubricant (stearate) is fed vertically from the gear motor and screw conveyor into the coating area of the wire rod.
The lubricant (stearate) is transported vertically from the storage container into the coating area of the wire by the gear motor and screw conveyor.
There, a lubricant casting is formed through which the wire runs and absorbs the coating. At the outlet area, the excess lubricant powder is discharged via a
